D:EA (Data: Enumerative and Analytical)

D:EA is a one-day working session with key accountability/data educators who have the responsibility for communicating results for school and school district assessments.

The purpose of the seminar is to replace 100’s of spreadsheets with five graphs; two are enumerative and three are analytical.

The purpose of the two enumerative graphs is to answer the disaggregated and the aggregated questions, “Are we improving as a whole system and if yes, where?”

The three analytical graphs provide valuable insight into improvement efforts.  They take the focus from blame to help and hope. The only necessary software for D:EA is Excel.
